Your pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase and after its first use, only for the number of days selected.

- Aquaventure Waterpark is among the top must-visit places in Dubai to beat the heat and be accessed at any time of the year. However, if you wish to escape the crowd, then avoid months between December to February as that is the time for Dubai Shopping Festival and vacation breaks at school which, attracts maximum crowd.

Parking: Limited spaces will be offered in the Aquaventue car park. Valet parking is not currently available for Aquaventure guests due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Getting There
- Car: Proceed to the Sheikh Zayed Road towards Jebel Ali. Turn right towards Souk Madinat Jumeirah at Interchange 4. Turn left on Al Sufouh Road and drive straight for four kilometres to take The Palm exit on your right.
- Metro: Take the line towards Jebel Ali and stop at the Mall of the Emirates Station. From here, you can take a taxi to reach the waterpark in 15 minutes.
- Taxi: You can book a taxi from Dubai International Airport to Aquaventure at a fare of AED 100.
- Sanitised towels are available for a price of AED 35.
- Changing rooms and lockers are available to hire for the day but will be limited.
- Guests can take a shuttle bus to and from the park. The shuttle bus is sanitised after every use and offers socially distanced seating.
- Entrance to the park is free for residential guests of the Atlantis Resort.
- Your Aquaventure Waterpark ticket includes same-day access to the private Aquaventure Beach, a 700m stretch of pristine white sand.
- Children ages two and above require a valid ticket to enter the park. Also, all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Outside food and beverages, alcohol and glassware are not permitted in the park.
- Aquaventure Waterpark is a shallow pool recreational zone and hence no diving is permitted anywhere in the park.
- Life jackets are complimentary and available at the towel rental booths.

- If you wish to take your phones with you, ensure to collect a waterproof pouch to put your smartphone in. Hang it around a lanyard and take it on the rides.
